Intuitive Art Collage Assemblages
Exploring Elements of Color and Texture
Colors and textures of art and textiles lift our spirits feeding our natural energy to help us find our center, to strengthen and align our inner essence. These Elemental Fiber Art Mixed Media Collage Assemblage Pieces have evolved to connect my creativity with spiritual expression, combining hand and machine woven textiles, yarns, embroidery, lace, buttons, with natural driftwood, stones shells, beads, and other found objects, upcycled and recycled materials and paint on canvas.

Take a walk on the Beach, feel the sand beneath your feet and the touch of warm breeze... center and ground your spirit. Twisted cord and a curved, flowing driftwood stick capture and hold your attention, while also sending it flowing out to the horizon. This energy floats on layers of handwoven linen fabrics, white for purity and gray for grounding. Shells and stones tumble, as if in the lap of the waves on the edge of the shore at the water’s edge. Loose, relaxed fringe reaches up to the sky and below to the earth. Inhale and exhale, feel the calm serenity within and release all worries and concerns.
